Tempe CSA Business Contract

As a business member of the Crooked Sky Farms Tempe CSA Family, I understand that my company is making a commitment to support a 100% pesticide free, naturally grown, local farmer and to share in the rewards and the risks of the farmer's harvests. I understand that my share does not guarantee me an exact amount or selection of produce. I agree to purchase a 50 share minimum, and to pay my subscription payment in full in advance of the season. Additionally, I understand that my payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. I am contracting to receive a designated share of the weekly produce available and delivered to my designated pick-up site. It is solely my responsibility to provide the space for and to have the people available to receive my share weekly at the agreed upon time and place. I understand that if I choose to not make such arrangements that my share will be distributed within the CSA community and/or donated to charity and that I will not receive any compensation.
